The idea of the 1st Polish Whisky Festival is to promote the culture of drinking whisk(e)y and instilling in visitors the love for the queen of spirits.

On 12000m2 with their rich portfolios of whisky from Scotland, Ireland and other parts of the world, polish Distributors of the world’s largest whisky brands will present themself. You will find here a wide range of flagship products from the segment of whiskey and bourbons, as well as editions from small distilleries and independent bottlers; cigars exhibitors; whiskey glass and gadgets manufacturers and also regional Kashubian products. Exhibitors additionally to whiskey tasting give you the opportunity to get some knowledge about the product, starting from the origin, throughout tasting notes and the process of distillation. During the entire duration of the festival will be held

  • professional whisky tastings (classes designed to bring the origin, organoleptic values and new products from the portfolio of exhibitors),
  • master class conducted by the biggest Authorities of the whiskey world, Distillery Managers, Global Brand Ambassadors, whisky writers and people involved in whisky making
  • whiskey blending workshops, blind tastings, CS whiskey tastings, lectures, food pairing etc.

At the same time we have prepared for you a number of musical attractions, live concerts, competitions and workshops, such as: Irish dance, bagpipes playing, ccottish and irish games, etc.

At the festival in the Festival Shop you will have the opportunity to purchase presented festival whiskies at the lowest prices in Poland!

With Your ticket you will receive a tasting glass, a vouchers package allowing  free whisky tastings of selected editions.

Masterclass

-> Master class are paid extra, however, you will receive a bottle of whiskey as a gift, as described in the ticket description on the master class.

-> Master Class tickets are only available to holders of a one-day ticket valid on a Master Class day or a two-day ticket. Those who do not have one of the above tickets will not be able to participate in the whisky festival, nor in the master class.

-> Whiskey bottles as described on the master class tickets will be given to You at purchased master class session.

-> The number of seats is limited, both on 22nd and 23rd August to 45 seats (per day).

-> The procedure for canceling purchased master class ticket is the same as the return of the ticket for the festival, according to the guidelines of the regulations.

-> Any master class information will be displayed on the “master class” section and at the Festiwal Whisky Sopot social media channels.

Important

* Admission ticket entitles to one or two days (depending on the option purchased) of whiskey tastings.

Festival coupons are to be picked up at the ticket office on the day of the festival. Coupons are not considered as a means of

* Admission to the festival ONLY for Guests 18+.

* Admission to the festival is only possible for those with a valid entry ticket (it doesn’t matter whether the person will be tasting whiskey or not).

* Festival ticket office: the festival ticket office is open on 22.08 (Friday) until 21:00, and 23.08 (Saturday) until 20:00.

* Festival opening hours:
22.08 (Friday) 12:00 – 22:00 (21:45 the end of tasting at the stands).
23.08 (Saturday) 12:00 – 22:00 (21:45 end of tasting at the stands).

Na podstawie przepisów Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (RODO), informujemy, że:

  • 1. Administratorem Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest CBMAX Spirits Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Redzie 84-240 przy ulicy Wejherowskiej nr 67, wpisaną do rejestru przedsiębiorców KRS prowadzonego przez Sąd Rejonowy Gdańsk-Północ w Gdańsku VIII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod numerem KRS: 0000502527, posiadającą numery: REGON: 222050990, NIP: 5871701725.

  • 2. Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w celu realizacji zawartej umowy, wedle art. 6 ust. 1 pkt b RODO (Dz.Urz.UE.L 2016 Nr 119), a także na podstawie udzielonej zgody, wedle art. 6 ust. 1 pkt a RODO. Podstawą prawną przetwarzania danych jest realizacja zawartej umowy i Pani/Pana zgoda.

  • 3. Pani/Pan może wyrazić także osobną zgodę na przetwarzanie danych osobowych dla celów marketingowych, ofertowych, wysyłania newslettera, wiadomości telekomunikacyjnych lub profilowania. Taka zgoda nie jest konieczna do zrealizowania umowy.

  • 4. Dostęp do danych osobowych będzie przysługiwał upoważnionym pracownikom spółki lub za Pani/Pana zgodą także innym upoważnionym osobom.

  • 5. Pani/Pana dane osobowe mogą być przekazane podmiotom trzecim celem ich przetwarzania w zakresie niezbędnym do wykonania i rozliczenia zawartej umowy, na co nie jest wymaga odrębna zgoda.

  • 6. Podanie danych osobowych jest konieczne ze względu na możliwość zrealizowania zawartej umowy. Bez podana tych danych umowa nie będzie mogła być zrealizowana.

  • 7. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu cofnięcia zgody, w przypadku jej udzielenia na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 pkt a RODO. Cofnięcie zgody nie wpływa na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania danych, których dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem. Cofnięcie zgody, a także wszelkie inne dyspozycje odnośnie przetwarzania danych osobowych należy kierować na adres e-mail: kontakt@festiwalwhisky.pl.

  • 8. W przypadku przetwarzania danych osobowych wyłącznie w celu realizacji zawartej umowy, wedle art. 6 ust. 1 pkt b RODO, na co obowiązujące przepisy nie wymagają Pani/Pana zgody, okres przetwarzania danych osobowych wynosić będzie sześć lat, co wynika m.in. z konieczności przechowywania dokumentacji księgowej dla celów odpowiednich rozliczeń z organami państwowymi.

  • 9. Pomimo cofnięcia zgody Administrator będzie mógł przetwarzać dane osobowe w zakresie ustalenia, dochodzenia lub obrony swoich roszczeń lub innych okoliczności wynikających z obowiązujących przepisów prawa np. rozliczeń podatkowych. To samo dotyczy przypadku wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych osobowych.

  • 10. Przysługuje Pani/Panu żądanie dostępu do danych osobowych oraz poprawianie danych osobowych. Ponadto prawo usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania, a także prawo do przenoszenia danych.

  • 11. Na nieprawidłowe przetwarzanie Pani/Pana danych osobowych przysługuje Pani/Panu skarga do organu nadzorczego Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
